Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób apreturowania tkanin nadający tkaninom, zwłaszcza z włókien naturalnych, własności antybakteryjne, przeciwpleśniowe i antygrzybiczne, który jest wykorzystywany do prania tkanin przeznaczonych zwłaszcza na pościel i ubiory w obiektach służby zdrowia, domach opieki społecznej, więzieniach, hotelach, pensjonatach i zakładach pracy, szczególnie w przemyśle spożywczym. Sposób, w trakcie którego tkaniny podlegają praniu wstępnemu, praniu zasadniczemu, płukaniu z odwodnieniem, zmiękczaniu, odwirowaniu końcowemu oraz suszeniu, maglowaniu lub prasowaniu, polega na tym, że, po etapie płukania z odwodnieniem, i/lub po etapie odwirowania, tkaniny są traktowane apreturą antybakteryjną stanowiącą roztwór wodny zawierający w swym składzie od 0,1% - 5% wagowych olejku tymiankowego, 2 - 200 ppm octanu srebra, 0,05% - 1% wagowych chlorku heksadecylo triamoniowego, polimer alkoholu poliwinylowego w zakresie stężeń od 0,05% do 1% oraz emulsję w zakresie stężeń od 0,1% do 3% zawierającą poliorganosiloksany.
