Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania maszynowego, łączeniowego elementu konstrukcyjnego oraz maszynowy, łączeniowy, element konstrukcyjny wykonany z stopu aluminium 7075, znajdujący zastosowanie w przemyśle samochodowym, lotniczym oraz produkcji wyczynowego sprzętu sportowego. Maszynowy, łączeniowy element konstrukcyjny, w postaci czopu zewnętrznego z wypustami, sytuowanymi przesuwnie lub trwale w czopie wewnętrznym z wpustami, charakteryzuje się tym, że czopy zewnętrzne (1) i czopy wewnętrzne (2) wyciskane na gorąco w temp. 460°C — 500°C, korzystnie 480°C, ze stopu aluminium 7075, mają naprzemiennie usytuowane trzy ukształtowane wpusty (3) i wypusty, przy czym ścianki boczne wpustów (3) i wypustów usytuowane są promieniowo względem osi czopów (1, 2), natomiast zewnętrzna średnica Dp czopu zewnętrznego (1), zawarta jest w granicach 48 - 52 mm, korzystnie 50 mm, natomiast grubość g1 ścianki (6) czopu zewnętrznego (2) w strefie wpustu (3) czopa wewnętrznego (2) zawarta jest w granicach 4,7 - 5,3 mm, korzystnie 5 mm, natomiast grubość ścianki g2 czopa zewnętrznego (1) w strefie wypustu czopa wewnętrznego (2) zawarta jest w granicach 2,75 - 3,25 mm, korzystnie 3 mm.
