Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są związki, pochodne 2(1H)-chinolonu z ugrupowaniem tricyjanofuranu, o wzorze ogólnym I, w którym: R<sup>1</sup>, R<sup>2</sup> oznaczają razem lub niezależnie od siebie atom wodoru, grupę metylową, metoksylową, N,N-dimetyloaminową lub N,N-dietyloaminową. Sposób otrzymywania związków o wzorze I, według wynalazku, polega na kondensacji pochodnej 3-formylo-2(1H)-chinolonu o wzorze II, w którym R<sup>1</sup>, R<sup>2</sup> mają wyżej podane znaczenie, z tricyjanofuranem, w środowisku bezwodnego etanolu zawierającego dodatek wodorotlenku sodowego, w polu mikrofalowym w temperaturze 80°C - 100°C w czasie 15 - 30 minut i po stwierdzeniu zaniku substratów w mieszaninie reakcyjnej, ochłodzeniu mieszaniny reakcyjnej do temperatury pokojowej, odsączeniu powstałego osadu produktu, przemyciu bezwodnym etanolem i suszeniu na powietrzu. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowania związków o wzorze I.
