Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są związki pochodne 2-(1H)-chinolonu z ugrupowaniem benzotiazoliowym w pozycji 3, o wzorze ogólnym I, w którym: R1, R2, oznaczają niezależnie od siebie atom wodoru, bromu, chloru, grupę metylową, metoksylową, N,N-dimetyloaminową lub N,N-dietyloaminową, R3 oznacza atom wodoru, grupę metylową, etylową lub propylową, a R4 oznacza grupę metylową, etylową lub propylową. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób otrzymywania związków o wzorze ogólnym I, w drodze kondensacji jodku pochodnej 2-metylobenzo[d]tiazolu z pochodną 3-formylo-2-(1H)-chinolonu, w środowisku bezwodnego etanolu, charakteryzujący się tym, że kondensacji poddaje się jodek pochodnej 2-metylobenzo[d]tiazolu o wzorze II z pochodną 3-formylo-2-(1H)-chinolonu o wzorze III, w których R1, R2, R3, R4 mają znaczenie określone w zastrzeżeniu 1, przy stosunku molowym pochodnej 3-formylo-2-(1H)-chinolonu do jodku pochodnej 2-metylobenzo[d]tiazolu 1:1, w środowisku bezwodnego etanolu użytego w ilości 295 — 590 moli na 1 mol jodku pochodnej 2-metylobenzo[d]tiazolu, w polu mikrofalowym o mocy zmiennej od 1 do 200 W, przy zakresie temperatury 80°C — 100°C w czasie 30 — 60 minut i po stwierdzeniu zaniku substratów w mieszaninie reakcyjnej za pomocą chromatografii cienkowarstwowej, w której fazę ruchomą stanowi mieszanina dichlorometanu i metanolu o stosunku objętościowym składników 10:1 (v/v), mieszaninę reakcyjną ochładza się do temperatury pokojowej, powstały osad produktu odsącza się, przemywa bezwodnym etanolem i suszy na powietrzu. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także zastosowanie związków o wzorze ogólnym I, jako znaczników kolorymetrycznych i fluorescencyjnych w detekcji anionu wodorosiarczynu.
