Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie asystujące do załadunku sztab profili konstrukcyjnych oraz sposób załadunku profili konstrukcyjnych do maszyny technologicznej, mająca zastosowanie przy wytwarzaniu profili konstrukcyjnych, zwłaszcza ich cięciu. Urządzenie asystujące do załadunku sztab profili konstrukcyjnych, mające budowę ramową, zaopatrzone w ruchome dźwigowe z taśmociągiem umieszczony prostopadle do transportowanych profili, sterowane środki optyczne do wykrywania obecności, charakteryzuje się tym, że na ramowej postawie (13) zamocowany jest wsporczy korpus (1) posiadający pionowe prowadnice (10) oraz umiejscowioną przylegająco przy jego dolnej krawędzi poziomą listwę (3) zaopatrzoną w umieszczone szeregowo czujniki optyczne, które podłączone są tak, że inicjują pracę obsadzonych na pionowych prowadnicach (10) siłowników (15) podnoszących w górę lub dół ramię dźwigowe (12) wyposażone w taśmowy przenośnik (4) przy czym ruch ten jest ograniczony zmontowanymi na co najmniej jednej z rzeczonych prowadnic (10) dolnego czujnika potwierdzającego dolną pozycję ramienia dźwigowego (12) oraz górnego czujnika potwierdzającego górną pozycję ramienia dźwigowego (12), natomiast krańcowy czujnik (5) zamontowany na końcu taśmowego przenośnika (4) ramienia dźwigowego (12) jest podłączony do silnika (14) taśmowego przenośnika (4). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób załadunku profili konstrukcyjnych.
