Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób konwersji kwasu metanowego do wodoru z użyciem katalitycznego złoża fluidalnego, w którym to sposobie do utworzenia złoża fluidalnego używa się pełnych i nieuszkodzonych cenosfer o wielkości ziaren od 80 µm do 300 µm, pokrytych warstwą katalityczną metalu z bloku d układu okresowego, w ilości od 4% do 10% masowych, w odniesieniu do masy nośnika, przy czym podczas procesu w złożu utrzymuje się temperaturę w przedziale od 220°C do 500°C, a gazem fluidyzacyjnym, podawanym do przestrzeni reaktora poprzez perforowane dno sitowe jest azot lub para wodna lub pary kwasu metanowego.
