Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawiony na rysunku sposób wytwarzania mączki z membrany i mączki ze skorupy jaja ptasiego, obejmuje etap obróbki termicznej i mechanicznej z jednoczesnym wstępnym rozdrobnieniem surowca skorup jaj kurzych wraz z membraną podskorupową, etap dalszego rozdrobnienia do frakcji o średnim uziarnieniu około 4 mm, etap separacji mechanicznej surowca na frakcje: membrany podskorupowej o średniej czystości 98%, mieszaniny skorupy i membrany podskorupowej o zmiennych zawartościach składników, oraz frakcję skorupy o średniej czystości 98%, a następnie etap rozdrobnienia każdej frakcji do mączki o pożądanej wielkości ziarna, oraz opcjonalnie sterylizacji otrzymanego produktu w postaci mączki, w zależności od jej przeznaczenia. Mączka wytworzona powyższym sposobem znajduje zastosowanie w przemyśle farmaceutycznym, kosmetycznym, paszowym, spożywczym lub nawozowym.
