Mączka wytworzona powyższym sposobem znajduje zastosowanie w przemyśle farmaceutycznym, kosmetycznym, paszowym, spożywczym lub nawozowym.The subject of the application is the method for producing membrane meal and bird eggshell meal presented in the drawing, including the stage of thermal and mechanical processing with simultaneous preliminary grinding of the raw material of chicken eggshells together with the subshell membrane, the stage of further grinding to a fraction with an average grain size of about 4 mm, the stage mechanical separation of the raw material into fractions: subshell membrane with an average purity of 98%, a mixture of shell and subshell membrane with variable contents of ingredients, and a shell fraction with an average purity of 98%, and then the stage of grinding each fraction into flour of the desired grain size, and optionally sterilizing the obtained product in the form of flour, depending on its purpose. The flour produced by the above method is used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, feed, food or fertilizer industries.
