Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nanokompozytowe rusztowanie kostne, które cechuje się tym, że jego komponentami są kurdlan, chitozan oraz ceramika fosforanowo-wapniowa w formie nanoproszku hydroksyapatytu zawieszone w wodnym roztworze kwasu octowego o stężeniu 1% - 2%, gdzie proporcje wagowe podstawowych składników wynoszą: 4% - 10% (w/v) kurdlanu, 1% - 4% (w/v) chitozanu oraz 10% - 60% (w/v) nanoproszku hydroksyapatytu w stosunku do kwasu octowego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób otrzymywania rusztowania według wynalazku, który polega na tym, że w roztworze kwasu octowego miesza się składniki: chitozan, kurdlan oraz nanoproszek hydroksyapatytu. Następnie dodaje się wodorowęglan sodu, dokładnie mieszając, po czym mieszaninę inkubuje się w temperaturze 90°C – 95°C, korzystnie 95°C, przez 15 - 25 minut, korzystnie 20 minut, a następnie schładza w temperaturze 4°C - 6°C, po czym otrzymany materiał zamraża się w temperaturze od -65°C do -80°C, po czym poddaje się procesowi liofilizacji (1 – 15 Pa).The subject of the application is a nanocomposite bone scaffold characterized by the fact that its components are curdlan, chitosan and calcium-phosphate ceramics in the form of hydroxyapatite nanopowder suspended in an aqueous solution of acetic acid at a concentration of 1% - 2%, where the weight proportions of the basic ingredients are: 4 % - 10% (w/v) curdlan, 1% - 4% (w/v) chitosan and 10% - 60% (w/v) hydroxyapatite nanopowder in relation to acetic acid. The subject of the application is also the method of obtaining the scaffold according to the invention, which consists in mixing the following ingredients in an acetic acid solution: chitosan, curdlan and hydroxyapatite nanopowder. Sodium bicarbonate is then added, mixing thoroughly, and the mixture is incubated at 90°C - 95°C, preferably 95°C, for 15 - 25 minutes, preferably 20 minutes, and then cooled at 4°C - 6° C, then the obtained material is frozen at a temperature from -65°C to -80°C, and then subjected to the freeze-drying process (1 - 15 Pa).
