Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy kapsułki aromatyzującej do papierosa zawierającej otoczkę i zamkniętą w jej wnętrzu kompozycję aromatyzującą zawierającą olej spożywczy i aromat, przy czym kapsułka aromatyzująca charakteryzuje się tym, że otoczka zawiera żelatynę, sorbitol, glicerynę, celulozę mikrokrystaliczną oraz wodę. Zgłoszenie dotyczy również sposobu wytwarzania kapsułek aromatyzujących według zgłoszenia obejmującego kolejno etapy: przygotowuje się kompozycję otoczki oraz przygotowuje się kompozycję aromatyzującą; wytwarza się kapsułki aromatyzujące przy pomocy dyszy wibracyjnej; formuje się kapsułki aromatyzujące w postać zbliżoną do kulki; odsącza się wstępnie z oleju kapsułki aromatyzujące; chłodzi się kapsułki aromatyzujące; odoleja się kapsułki aromatyzujące; pokrywa się kapsułki aromatyzujące roztworem lecytyny w alkoholu etylowym; oraz suszy się kapsułki aromatyzujące.The application concerns a flavoring capsule for a cigarette containing a shell and a flavoring composition enclosed inside it, containing cooking oil and aroma, and the flavoring capsule is characterized by the shell containing gelatin, sorbitol, glycerin, microcrystalline cellulose and water. The application also concerns a method for producing flavoring capsules according to the application, including the following steps: preparing the shell composition and preparing the flavoring composition; flavoring capsules are produced using a vibrating nozzle; flavoring capsules are formed into a ball-like form; the flavoring capsules are pre-filtered from the oil; flavoring capsules are cooled; the flavoring capsules are deoiled; the flavoring capsules are covered with a solution of lecithin in ethyl alcohol; and the flavoring capsules are dried.
