The cooling and aroma-enhancing film gathers the base rod, reduces the temperature of smoke, makes up the defect of lighter smoke of non-burning aroma smoke, and improves the experience of consumers.

In addition, because the heated non-combustible cigarettes use tobacco materials or reconstituted tobacco and are used in small amounts, and the tobacco is not combusted, the smoke taste is light compared with the smoke taste of the traditional cigarettes. Flavoring is an important means of improving the mouthfeel of heated non-combustible cigarettes.
Therefore, the base rod material with the functions of cooling and flavoring is an indispensable key technology for novel cigarette products or substitutes, and has important significance for the development of the industry.

The cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod comprises flavoring fibers 3, cooling fins 2 and a wrapping layer 1, wherein the cooling fins 2 are zigzag folding sheets with a plurality of flue gas channels with irregular sizes and shapes, and the flavoring fibers 3 are fiber materials attached by perfume; the wrapping layer wraps and shapes the radiating fin 2 into a radiating fin cylinder B with specific length and diameter or the wrapping layer uniformly mixes the radiating fin 2 and the aroma enhancement fiber 3 and wraps and shapes the radiating fin 2 into a composite cylinder A with specific length and diameter; the wrapping layer wraps and shapes the flavoring fibers 3 into a flavoring cylinder C with a specific length and diameter.

The spice is prepared from, by weight, 80-120 parts of purified water, 3-6 parts of menthol/glabrous sarcandra herb extract, 0.5-1.5 parts of maltodextrin, 0.05-0.2 parts of sodium alginate, 0.1-0.3 parts of orthogreen, 0.03-0.06 parts of melanin and 8-15 parts of propylene glycol, and soaking the fiber material in the spice, and drying at 80-120 ℃ to obtain the fiber material attached with the spice.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the defect that the smoke of the non-burning cigarette is lighter and the temperature is higher, the cooling and aroma-enhancing film gathering base rod disclosed by the invention uses the radiating fin with weaker self-adsorption performance as a cooling component of the base rod material. The radiating fin is a zigzag folding sheet with a plurality of flue gas channels with irregular sizes and shapes, has the advantage of small influence on the flue gas taste, and forms a plurality of flue gas channels with irregular sizes and shapes by shaping, processing, wrapping and shaping the radiating fin into a radiating fin cylinder, so that the radiating efficiency is improved, and the flue gas temperature is reduced; meanwhile, on the premise of realizing cooling, the invention combines the aroma-enhancing fibers in the radiating fin or singly combines the aroma-enhancing fibers to wrap and shape into an aroma-enhancing cylinder, so that the two are organically combined to form the cooling aroma-enhancing film gathering base rod, thereby better overcoming the defect of lighter smoke of non-burning aroma cigarettes, increasing the smoke aroma and improving the experience of consumers.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 4, the cooling and flavoring film gathers together the base rod into a section. After the radiating fins and the aroma-enhancing fibers are uniformly mixed, the radiating fins and the aroma-enhancing fibers are wrapped and shaped into a single section of composite cylinder A with specific length and diameter by using a wrapping layer to serve as a cooling aroma-enhancing film gathering base rod.

As shown in fig. 5, the cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod is in two sections. At least one section of the two sections of cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod is a wrapping layer which is used for evenly mixing the radiating fins and the flavoring fibers and then wrapping and shaping the mixture into a composite cylinder A with specific length and diameter to be used as the cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod.

As shown in fig. 6, the cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod is in two sections. One section of the two sections of cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod is a cooling fin cylinder B which is formed by wrapping and shaping the cooling fin into a specific length and diameter by a wrapping layer, and the other section of the two sections of cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod is a flavoring cylinder C which is formed by wrapping and shaping the flavoring fiber into a specific length and diameter by a wrapping layer, and the two sections of cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod are combined together to form the cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod.

The cooling and aroma-enhancing film gathering base rod is characterized by comprising aroma-enhancing fibers (3), cooling fins (2) and a wrapping layer (1), wherein the cooling fins (2) are zigzag folding thin sheets with a plurality of flue gas channels with irregular sizes and shapes, and the aroma-enhancing fibers (3) are fiber materials attached by perfume; the wrapping layer wraps and shapes the radiating fin (2) into a radiating fin cylinder (B) or the wrapping layer uniformly mixes the radiating fin (2) and the aroma-enhancing fiber (3) and wraps and shapes the radiating fin and the aroma-enhancing fiber into a composite cylinder (A); the wrapping layer wraps and shapes the flavoring fibers (3) into a flavoring cylinder (C); the cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod is three sections, and at least one section of the three sections of the cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod is a composite cylinder (A).

The cooling and aroma-enhancing film gathering base rod is characterized by comprising aroma-enhancing fibers (3), cooling fins (2) and a wrapping layer (1), wherein the cooling fins (2) are zigzag folding thin sheets with a plurality of flue gas channels with irregular sizes and shapes, and the aroma-enhancing fibers (3) are fiber materials attached by perfume; the wrapping layer wraps and shapes the radiating fin (2) into a radiating fin cylinder (B) or the wrapping layer uniformly mixes the radiating fin (2) and the aroma-enhancing fiber (3) and wraps and shapes the radiating fin and the aroma-enhancing fiber into a composite cylinder (A); the wrapping layer wraps and shapes the flavoring fibers (3) into a flavoring cylinder (C); the cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod is three sections, and two sections in the three sections of cooling and flavoring film gathering base rod are a radiating fin cylinder (B) and a flavoring cylinder (C).
