Description

Cooling filter tip and cigarette
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cigarette processing and manufacturing, and particularly relates to a cooling filter tip and a cigarette.
Background
The cigarette is heated by an external heating element, tobacco shreds or sheets are only heated but not burnt, atomized media in the cigarettes, flavor components in the tobacco and additional flavor substances generate smoke by heating, and the release amount of harmful chemical components in the smoke is obviously reduced. At present, mainstream cigarette sold in the market for heating and not burning cigarettes comprises iQOS (quality of quality control) products of Feimeo company and glo products of Enmei tobacco, when the two cigarettes reach the atomizing temperature under the heating condition of 250-350 ℃, the temperature of high-temperature atomized smoke entering an oral cavity through a filter tip section is higher than the burning temperature of a common cigarette, so that the inlet smoke is over-burnt, and the difference between the smoking experience, the smoking experience and the like and the traditional cigarette is larger.
The prior art mainly carries out cooling treatment on longitudinally flowing high-temperature flue gas through a phase-change cooling material, for example, the cooling section material of iQOS is mainly a folded, pleated, gathered and folded polylactic acid (PLA) sheet, and the material is difficult to cool because of the limitation of the length of a mouth rod and the phase-change cooling material and the high flow rate of the flue gas; the transverse heat transfer of the superheated smoke through the filter rod makes the consumer feel hot when smoking. In addition, the melting phenomenon appears after the phase change cooling material PLA thin slice contacts high temperature flue gas, leads to the flue gas passageway to block up, influences the cooling effect of material and can lead to the smog volume to show and reduce even.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a temperature-reducing non-filter tip rod and a heating non-combustible cigarette which can effectively reduce the smoke temperature of the heating non-combustible cigarette and improve the sensory quality of the smoke.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a cooling filter tip and a cigarette, which are used for remarkably reducing the temperature of a high-temperature smoke inlet and further improving and promoting the smoking experience.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the cooling mouth rod comprises a cooling section (2); the cooling section (2) is formed by wrapping a cooling rod (201) by forming paper (4), and the cooling rod (201) is formed by paper (5) coated with a cooling material on the surface; the cooling rod (201) is internally provided with a plurality of holes (202) which run through two ends of the cooling rod (201); the cooling material accounts for 10-40% of the weight of the paper (5); the cooling material is Alkyl Ketene Dimer (AKD) -g-polyvinyl alcohol (PVA).
Wherein the chemical structural formula of the Alkyl Ketene Dimer (AKD) -g-polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is shown in the formula (I):
Figure BDA0001921879230000021
r is C14H29Or C16H33
Preferably, the material of the paper sheet (5) is one of cellulose paper or forming paper, and the basis weight of the paper sheet (5) is 60-100 g/m2. The surface of the paper (5) is coated with the cooling material, which means that one side or two sides of the paper (5) are coated with the cooling material. The total specific surface area of the holes (202) which penetrate through the two ends of the cooling rod (201) accounts for 20-30% of the surface area of the paper (5). One end or two ends of the cooling section (2) are connected with a filter section (1), and the filter section (1) is preferably made of an acetate fiber filter stick. The length of the filtering section (1) is 5-9 mm, preferably 6-8 mm, and the length of the cooling section (2) is 10-50 mm, 16-35 mm.
The invention also provides a cigarette, which comprises the cooling filter rod and a smoking section (3) connected with the cooling filter rod.
Preferably, the length of the smoking segment is from 10 to 70mm, typically from 10 to 50mm, preferably from 10 to 15mm, more preferably from 11 to 13 mm.
The invention is further illustrated below:
the cooling rod of the cooling tip rod is formed by paper coated with a cooling material on the surface, and a plurality of holes penetrating through two ends of the cooling rod are formed in the cooling rod; the surface of the paper is coated with a cooling material.
By adopting the structural design, the flue gas to be cooled is fully contacted with the coated cooling material after entering the cooling rod, heat is exchanged, the heat of the flue gas is transferred to the cooling material, and the temperature of the flue gas is reduced; in addition, the cooling rod is internally provided with holes penetrating through two ends of the cooling rod, so that the suction resistance is small, the smoke can conveniently pass through, and the adsorption of the cooling rod to the smoke is obviously reduced.
Compared with the existing cooling filter tip, on one hand, the cooling tip is mainly made of paper, and because of poor heat conduction capability of the paper, heat absorbed by a cooling material is not easy to be quickly transferred to a suction end, so that a smoker can be prevented from being burnt; on the other hand, no matter the heating mode is central heating or surrounding heating, a large amount of water vapor can be generated during the suction of the front three ports, and the high-temperature water vapor enters the oral cavity and is condensed to release a large amount of heat, so that the burning sensation of the oral cavity (especially the tongue) is obviously enhanced. In addition, the cooling tip rod of the invention has the advantage of cost, taking the cost of the cooling rod as an example, when the cooling rod is prepared in batch, the manufacturing cost of the PLA honeycomb coal-shaped cooling rod needs 7 to 8 minutes per piece, the manufacturing cost of the PLA thin sheet cooling rod is 2 to 3 minutes per piece, and the manufacturing cost of the cooling rod of the invention is only 1 to 2 minutes per piece. In some embodiments of the invention, the cooling bar is formed by repeatedly bending paper along a certain direction.
The paper is one of cellulose paper and forming paper, and preferably, the basis weight of the paper is 60-100 g/m2. The smoke adsorption capacity of the paper is low, smoke loss can be reduced, and suction experience is improved.
Further, the coating amount of the cooling material is 6 to 30%, preferably 15 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the paper. The coating amount can be selected according to the cooling requirement, the factors such as the cooling effect, the flue gas adsorption effect and the cost are comprehensively considered, the applicant repeatedly tests and finds that the coating amount of the cooling material must reach a certain amount, so that the obvious cooling effect can be obtained, and when the coating amount of the cooling material is lower than 10%, the cooling effect is almost not achieved.
The cooling mouth rod is a round rod, and further, the circumference is 17-24.2 mm.
The cooling filter tip is particularly suitable for heating non-combustible cigarettes.
According to the preparation method of the cooling filter rod, the paper can be coated with the cooling material firstly, then the paper is sent into a forming machine for forming, the cooling rod is obtained, and the cooling filter rod is further processed to obtain the cooling filter rod.
The cigarette is a cigarette which is not combusted by heating. The smoking section is a tobacco rod formed by disorderly arranging processed tobacco shreds or slices.
The cooling tip rod has the advantages of reducing the temperature of the smoke entering the oral cavity and the like, particularly the cooling section, and the temperature of the high-temperature smoke before entering the oral cavity can be obviously reduced through the combined design of the structure of the cooling tip rod and the using amount of cooling materials, so that the comfort and satisfaction of smoke suction are improved; but also has significant cost advantages.
