Abstract

Przedmiot zgłoszenia stanowią pellety ekstrudowane otrzymane w wyniku ekstruzji ciasta spożywczego zawierającego mąkę zbożową, ziemniaczaną, płatki ziemniaczane albo grysik ziemniaczany, albo ich mieszaninę. Pellety charakteryzują się tym, że zawierają dodatek owoców jagodowych wybranych spośród aronii, borówki albo ich dowolnej mieszaniny w ilości od 0,5% do 60% w stosunku do całkowitej masy surowców zbożowych albo ziemniaczanych albo ich mieszaniny. Przedmiot zgłoszenia stanowi również sposób otrzymywania pelletów.
