Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób usuwania w procesie rafinacji adsorpcyjnej barwników i środków zapachowych z odpadowych mas świecarskich, zawierających jako główne składniki parafiny pochodzenia węglowodorowego i/lub utwardzone tłuszcze. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że do upłynnionej odpadowej masy świecarskiej o określonym kolorze i zapachu lub do mieszaniny mas odpadowych o różnych kolorach i zapachach dodaje się adsorpcyjną ziemię bielącą w ilości od 0,5% do 10,0% wagowych i węgiel aktywny w ilości od 0,5% do 10,0% wagowych w przeliczeniu na rafinowany wsad, następnie podgrzewa się i utrzymuje temperaturę mieszaniny od 70,0°C do 145,0°C z jednoczesnym mieszaniem, przez czas od 0,5 do 4,0 godzin i pozostawia się tę mieszaninę na okres od 1,0 do 24 godzin z utrzymaniem temperatury od 70,0°C - 145,0°C i po tym czasie poddaje się mieszaninę procesowi filtracji, przy czym proces rafinacji i filtracji powtarza się przynajmniej od dwóch razy do ośmiu razy, w wyniku czego uzyskuje się z dużą wydajnością filtrat będący odbarwioną i pozbawioną zapachu masą świecarską.
