Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest konstrukcja urządzenia do wyważania wału wentylatora przemysłowego, w tym o zwiększonej prędkości obrotowej do 15000 br/min. umożliwiająca jego zastosowanie do już zabudowanych wentylatorów bez konieczności ich demontażu. Urządzenie do wyważania wału wentylatora przemysłowego składa się z dwudzielnego pierścienia wewnętrznego (1), do zamocowania na wale wyważanym i dwóch jednakowych, równoległych do siebie pierścieni wyważających (2) z masami wyważającymi (3, 3'), usytuowanymi na pierścieniu wewnętrznym (1) współosiowo. Pierścienie wyważające są połączone z pierścieniem wewnętrznym (1) niezależnie, w sposób ruchowy, poprzez dwa zespoły napędowe, a do ich napędu wykorzystane jest zjawisko powstawania prądów wirowych.
