Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji polimerowo-ceramicznej w procesie wytłaczania, który charakteryzuje się tym, że do układu uplastyczniającego wytłaczarki posiadającego cztery strefy grzejne, zasypuje się mieszaninę poli(chlorku winylu) plastyfikowanego w ilości od 70% do 90%, środka mikroporującego w postaci mikrosfer polimerowych o egzotermicznej charakterystyce rozkładu w ilości od 1,5% do 2,5% oraz napełniacza w postaci mikrosfer ceramicznych w formie granulatu o granulacji w zakresie od 0,1 mm do 1,25 mm w ilości od 7,5% do 28,5%, po czym nagrzewa się powstałą mieszaninę do temperatury w strefie pierwszej 140°C, w strefie drugiej 150°C w strefie trzeciej 155°C, w strefie czwartej 160°C, następnie wytłacza się mieszaninę przez głowicę wytłaczarską o temperaturze 160°C z szybkością obrotową ślimaka wynoszącą 45,7 obr./min, po czym chłodzi się mieszaninę w wannie chłodzącej o temperaturze czynnika chłodzącego - wody 19°C.
