Abstract

Układ jezdny wózka sortera charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z pary kół, do którego zamocowana jest tacka (1), wraz z napędem taśmy i porusza się po powierzchni, która wchodzi w część składową toru jezdnego (6), przy czym powierzchnia i oś koła są pochylone względem podłoża o kąt α w zakresie 10° ÷ 45° i równocześnie równoległe względem siebie, co umożliwia przenoszenie obciążenia przez koło w kierunku pionowym i poziomym. Zaś powierzchnie po prawej i lewej stronie tworzą kąt β, który jest wklęsły lub wypukły tworząc stożek o wartości 180° - 2 • α, który umożliwia centrowanie wózka sortera w torze o dopuszczalnej prędkości sortowania V1 = 2.5 m/s i prędkości taśmy przenośnika v2 = 1.5 m/s oraz promieniu toru na łuku R min. 2,5 m.
