Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania przeciwdrobnoustrojowego kompozytu zawierającego związki cynku i kompozyt przeciwdrobnoustrojowy zawierający związki cynku. Sposób otrzymywania przeciwdrobnoustrojowego kompozytu stosowanego jako dodatek do tworzyw sztucznych zawierającego polipropylen i związki cynku charakteryzuje się tym, że do soli cynku w ilości 27 - 42% (w/w) dodaje się wodę w ilości 35,4 - 71,3% (w/w) i miesza się przez 1 godzinę w temperaturze pokojowej. Następnie dodaje się 1,7% - 20% (w/w) polimeru stabilizującego wybranego z grupy: poliwinylopirolidon, poliimina, poliakrylan, poli(glikol etylenowy), poli(alkohol winylowy) lub polisulfon kontynuując mieszanie przez kolejne 2 godziny, po czym mieszaninę przefiltrowuje się. Otrzymany roztwór soli cynku i polimeru dozuje się do ekstrudera z polimerem stanowiącym podstawę kompozytu (poliolefiny lub poliestry lub poliamidy) podczas procesu wytłaczania i miesza się oraz ogrzewa się do temperatury mięknięcia polimeru. Następnie przeciska się przez dysze, chłodzi się i rozdrabnia się za pomocą granulatora oraz suszy się w suszarce w temp. 80°C przez 1 godzinę. Jako sole cynku stosuje się octan lub siarczan lub azotan lub chlorek cynku.
