Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób uzyskiwania laktoferyny w proszku z serwatki kwaśnej korzystnie będącej pozostałością z procesów przetwórstwa mleka. Sposób uzyskania laktoferyny w proszku z serwatki kwaśnej charakteryzuje się tym, że przeprowadza się kolejno procesy elektrodializy serwatki kwaśnej, demineralizacji, pozyskania laktoferyny na kolumnie kationowymiennej, płukanie z żywicy za pomocą roztworu chlorku sodu, diafiltracji membranowej, suszenia w określonych parametrach.
