Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób uzyskiwania laktoferyny w proszku z surowego mleka krowiego o zawartości tłuszczu do 5%. Sposób uzyskania laktoferyny w proszku z surowego mleka charakteryzuje się tym, że przeprowadza się kolejno procesy: a) filtracji w wirówce separacyjnej, b) baktofugacji, c) pozyskania laktoferyny na kolumnie kationowymiennej, d) płukanie z żywicy za pomocą roztworu chlorku sodu, e) diafiltracji membranowej, f) stabilizacji mikrobiologicznej, g) suszenia.
