Abstract

Blok budowlany wielowarstwowy w kształcie prostopadłościanu wyposażony w elementy izolacyjne i konstrukcyjne umieszczone wewnątrz jego objętości, charakteryzuje się że pierwsza warstwa (1) w kształcie płaskiego prostopadłościanu stanowi korzystnie warstwę betonu komórkowego, druga warstwa (2) w kształcie płaskiego prostopadłościanu jest warstwą izolacji termicznej, trzecia warstwa w kształcie płaskiego prostopadłościanu jest korzystnie warstwą betonu komórkowego czwarta warstwa (4) w kształcie płaskiego prostopadłościanu jest warstwą izolacji termicznej z umieszczoną wewnątrz niej metalową konstrukcją nośną, piąta warstwa (6) w kształcie płaskiego prostopadłościanu jest korzystnie warstwą betonu komórkowego, a szósta warstwa (7) w kształcie płaskiego prostopadłościanu jest korzystnie warstwą betonu komórkowego, zaopatrzoną w prowadnice instalacyjne w formie kratownicy. Warstwy trzecia, czwarta (4) i piąta (6) są przesunięte korzystnie w górę i w bok względem pozostałych warstw bloku, a poprzez wszystkie warstwy przechodzą usytuowane poziomo co najmniej dwa elementy konstrukcyjne mocujące blok w całość. The third, fourth (4) and fifth (6) layers are preferably shifted upwards and to the side with respect to the remaining layers of the block, and at least two horizontally arranged structural elements fastening the block together pass through all the layers. The metal support structure consists of at least two vertical elements connected by at least one transverse element, the vertical elements being provided with internal slots (13) for preferably screw-locking the blocks. The building block has phases for injecting the insulating mass, and the first (1) and last (7) layers are provided with bevelled edges (15) to accommodate external and internal sealing joints.
