Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest pergola czyli konstrukcja nośna mająca wysokość kilku metrów nad poziomem terenu stanowiąca element podtrzymujący pnącza, najczęściej pnącza z kwiatami, przez co jest elementem upiększającym park lub inną część krajobrazu. Pergola jest utworzona z pionowych słupów połączonych ze sobą wzdłużnymi belkami a belki są ze sobą połączone poprzeczkami, stanowiącymi podparcie dla pnączy. Pergola charakteryzuje się tym, że wzdłużne belki (2) są usytuowane na różnych poziomach a łączące je poprzeczki (4) mają w przekroju poprzecznym, kształt zbliżony do litery „S” i są obrotowo zamocowane we wzdłużnych belkach (2) za pośrednictwem sworzni połączonych z napędem, a przy wzdłużnej belce (2) usytuowanej niżej jest zamocowana półotwarta rynna połączona z pionową rynną i zbiornikiem. Na sworzniach osadzone są zębate koła, na których nałożony jest łańcuch połączony z napędem.
