Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pergola z podwójnym zadaszeniem lamelowym, stanowiąca budowlę ogrodową, wyposażoną w obrotowe panele lamelowe, osadzone w podzielonej na dwa niezależne moduły poziomej ramie nośnej, wspartej na słupach podporowych charakteryzująca się tym, że do wewnętrznych powierzchni obu przeciwległych belek nośnych, współtworzących ramę nośną zamontowany jest monolityczny profil segmentowy (2), posiadający komorę (3) z umiejscowionymi na jej pionowych ściankach (4), ułożonymi symetrycznymi względem siebie rynnami (5), przy czym we wnętrzu komory (3) pomiędzy ściankami (4) zamontowane są poziomo: półka górna (6) oraz półka dolna (7) z przytwierdzonymi do ich górnych powierzchni nagwintowanymi gniazdami (8), natomiast pomiędzy półką górną (6) a półką dolną (7) umieszczony jest mechanizm napędowy, utrzymywany we wewnętrzu komory (3) poprzez zamontowane do półki górnej (6) połączenia śrubowe, z kolei w górnej części ścianek (4) profilu segmentowego (2) zamontowane są ceowniki (10), stanowiące posadowienia dla śrub przekręcanych do powierzchni bocznych (12) obrotowych lamel (13), przy czym obie krawędzie szczytowe ścianek (4) zakończone są kanałami (14), z osadzonymi w ich wnętrzu nieruchomymi elementami utrzymującymi, zaopatrzonymi w ruchome sworznie, a każdy sworzeń połączony jest bezpośrednio z odpowiednią obrotową lamelą (13).
