Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania aglomeratu z odpadowych strużyn garbarskich, w drodze granulacji w granulatorze talerzowym o działaniu okresowym, z wykorzystaniem mączki wapiennej, który polega na tym, że jako materiał sypki, z którego wytwarza się aglomerat stosuje się przesiane, odpadowe strużyny z chromowych i/lub bezchromowych procesów garbarskich, o wilgotności 50 - 65% i uziarnieniu do 10 mm oraz mączkę wapienną o wilgotności 0,5 - 5% i uziarnieniu do 0,5 mm, przy czym najpierw do strużyny wprowadza się mączkę wapienną w ilości od 1 do 3 kg na każdy 1 kg masy strużyn, po czym miesza się je przez co najmniej 1 - 2 minut, a następnie dalej mieszając dostarcza się do mieszaniny 20 - 90% wodny roztwór szkła wodnego o temperaturze 10 - 30°C w ilości co najmniej 1500 g na 1000 g złoża, kolejno przez 5 - 10 minut prowadzi się dalsze mieszanie wilgotnej pulpy strużyn, mączki wapiennej i szkła wodnego, po czym odciska się nadmiar cieczy tak by uzyskać wilgotność pulpy z zakresu 50 - 150% i tak utworzone jednorodne złoże granuluje się w granulatorze talerzowym w czasie 5 - 20 minut, po czym otrzymane aglomeraty suszy się w temperaturze 50 - 65°C przez co najmniej 24 godziny.The subject of the application is a method of producing an agglomerate from waste tannery shavings, by granulation in a disc granulator with a periodic operation, with the use of limestone powder, which consists in the use of sieved waste shavings made of chromium and / or chrome-free tannery processes, with a moisture content of 50 - 65% and grain size up to 10 mm, and lime flour with a moisture content of 0.5 - 5% and grain size up to 0.5 mm, where first lime flour is introduced into the shavings in an amount from 1 to 3 kg for every 1 kg of the mass of the shavings, after which they are mixed for at least 1 - 2 minutes, and then, with further stirring, a 20 - 90% aqueous solution of water glass with a temperature of 10 - 30 ° C is fed to the mixture in an amount of at least 1500 g per 1000 g of bed, successively for 5-10 minutes, further mixing of the wet shredded pulp, lime flour and water glass, and then the excess liquid is squeezed out to obtain the moisture of the pulp With a residual capacity of 50-150%, the homogeneous bed thus formed is granulated in a disc granulator for 5-20 minutes, and the agglomerates obtained are then dried at a temperature of 50-65 ° C for at least 24 hours.
