Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulatu nawozu wapniowego z sypkiego materiału wapniowego charakteryzujący się tym, że jako sypki materiał stosuje się mączkę wapienną jurajską, którą wprowadza się okresowo do mieszalnika, a następnie podczas mieszania na przesypującą się mączkę natryskuje się roztwór środka wiążącego, którym jest wodny roztwór lignosulfonianu magnezu o stężeniu 1 ÷ 60%, przy czym stosuje się 0,10 - 0,20 kg roztworu/kg mączki wapiennej, korzystnie 0,12 - 0,15 kg roztworu lignosulfonianu magnezu/kg mączki wapiennej i po 1,5 - 5 minutach mieszania nawilżone złoże materiału składuje się w zbiorniku buforowym, z którego podajnikiem w sposób ciągły dostarcza się je do obracającego się bębna lub talerza i granuluje się w procesie ciągłym, a wytworzony granulat odbiera do leja wysypowego, suszy i oddziela produkt gotowy.
