Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulatu nawozu gipsowego, polegający na tym, że jako odpadowy materiał gipsowy stosuje się otrzymany z odsiarczania spalin reagips o uziarnieniu poniżej 500 µm i wilgotności do 17,0%, który wprowadza się w sposób okresowy do mieszalnika i podczas mieszania natryskuje się środkiem wiążącym, zaś jako środek wiążący stosuje się zamiennie wodny roztwór lignosulfonianu magnezu o stężeniu 5 ÷ 60%, lub wodny roztwór melasy lub cukru o stężeniu 1 ÷ 60%, przy czym stosuje się 0,08 - 0,20 kg roztworu środka wiążącego na/kg reagipsu, korzystnie 0,10 - 0,14 kg roztworu środka wiążącego na/kg reagipsu i po 1,5 - 5 minutach mieszania nawilżone złoże reagipsu składuje się w zbiorniku buforowym, z którego podajnikiem w sposób ciągły podaje się do obracającego się granulatom bębnowego lub talerzowego o działaniu ciągłym i granuluje w procesie ciągłym, a wytworzony granulat odbiera się do leja wysypowego, suszy i wydziela gotowy produkt. Zgłoszenie realizuje się w trzech alternatywnych odmianach.The subject of the application is a method for the production of gypsum fertilizer granules, consisting in the use of reagyp, obtained from flue gas desulphurization, with particle size below 500 µm and humidity up to 17.0%, which is periodically introduced into the mixer and sprayed during mixing is used as a binding agent, while an aqueous solution of magnesium lignosulfonate with a concentration of 5 ÷ 60% or an aqueous solution of molasses or sugar with a concentration of 1 ÷ 60% is used alternatively as a binding agent, with 0.08 - 0.20 kg of a binding agent solution being used per / kg of reagip, preferably 0.10 - 0.14 kg of binder solution per / kg of reagip, and after 1.5 - 5 minutes of mixing, the moistened reagip bed is stored in a buffer vessel, from which a feeder is continuously fed to the rotating Continuous drum or disc granules and granulated in a continuous process, and the produced granules are collected in a discharge hopper, dried and the finished product is separated. The application is processed in three alternative variants.
