Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulowanego nawozu mineralnego z rozdrobnionych surowców pochodzenia mineralnego takich jak: wapień, dolomit, kreda, użytych pojedynczo jako materiał wyjściowy dla nawozu jednoskładnikowego lub w postaci mieszaniny takich surowców, ewentualnie z dodatkiem gipsu, zastosowanej do produkcji nawozów wieloskładnikowych, polegający na tym, że do sypko - pylistego materiału wyjściowego poddawanego procesowi granulacji dodaje się środek zwilżający, a powstały granulat suszy się, przesiewa i odbiera do pojemników. Sposób według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że do materiału wyjściowego, dodaje się biostymulator wzrostu i rozwoju roślin, korzystnie w postaci wodnego roztworu kwasu huminowego, albo wodnego roztworu wyciągu z roślin naziemnych lub wyciągu z wodorostów, przy czym ilość biostymulatora stanowi 0,001% ÷ 1% masy materiału wyjściowego dostarczanego do procesu produkcji nawozu, korzystnie stanowi 0,1% ÷ 0,8% tej masy.The subject of the application is a method of producing granular mineral fertilizer from comminuted raw materials of mineral origin, such as: limestone, dolomite, chalk, used individually as a starting material for a single-component fertilizer or in the form of a mixture of such raw materials, possibly with the addition of gypsum, used in the production of multi-component fertilizers, in that a wetting agent is added to the loose-dust starting material subjected to the granulation process, and the resulting granules are dried, sieved and collected in containers. The method according to the invention is characterized in that a plant growth and development biostimulant is added to the starting material, preferably in the form of an aqueous solution of humic acid, or an aqueous solution of an extract of terrestrial plants or an extract of seaweed, with the amount of the biostimulator being 0.001% ÷ 1% weight of the starting material supplied to the fertilizer production process is preferably 0.1% ÷ 0.8% of this mass.
