Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to the production of granular mineral fertilizers with low cost, pronounced agrochemical effectiveness and soil-protective properties. Fertilizing the soil helps restore fertility and increase crop yields.
C05D 3/00, 2000).A known method of producing granulated calcareous magnesium fertilizers, comprising mixing a raw material containing magnesium, potassium chloride and dolomite, and granulating the mixture, using ground electrolyte, which is a waste product of magnesium or potassium chloride, or finely divided potassium chloride, which is mixed with crushed dolomite-dolomite flour and dolomite hydrate (see RU Patent for the invention No. 2149152, M. Cl .: C05D 3/00, 2000).
This method allows to obtain calc-calcium fertilizers with a content of magnesium oxide of about 7% and calcium oxide of about 8.5%. The fertilizers obtained by this method are intended for acidic, sandy, peaty, podzolic, as well as tropical soils, for feeding any crops. The main disadvantage of these fertilizers is the unbalanced mineral composition (lack of nitrogen and phosphorus), i.e. the application of these fertilizers to the soil does not make it possible to satisfy the need of plants for all the basic nutrients. The pronounced effect of the use of such fertilizers is possible only if the soil is adequately supplied with nitrogen and phosphorus.
C05D 3/00, 2003).A known method of producing complex fertilizers, including the production of nitrophosphate or nitrophosphate-potassium fusion, the introduction of a magnesium-containing additive into the melt, granulation, while a powder additive containing water-insoluble magnesium compounds and having a pH of an aqueous extract is introduced into the melt with a moisture content of not more than 1.5% more than 7.0, and mixing with the melt is carried out at a pH of not less than 4.2, preferably 4.2-5.8 (see RU patent for the invention No. 2233819, M. Cl .: C05D 3/00, 2003).
This method allows to obtain nitrogen-phosphorus and nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizers with a high content of MgO on the basis of equipment for the production of NPK fertilizers by prilling. The magnesium content in this fertilizer is approximately 0.3%. Fertilizers produced by this method contain the basic elements of the plant’s mineral nutrition, however, the low content of dolomite flour does not allow a pronounced reclamation effect to reduce acidity and improve soil structure. On the contrary, the chemical composition of this fertilizer will increase the acidity and degradation of the soil. In addition, the technology proposed to obtain this fertilizer requires high energy costs.
It is known fertilizer containing a mass fraction of ammonium sulfate, a mass fraction of ammonium nitrate and a mass fraction including lime and / or carbonate and / or carbonate and / or calcium, and a mass fraction including lime and / or carbonate and / or bicarbonate of magnesium and / or calcium, is at least 10 to 20 wt. %, and the mass fraction of ammonium sulfate 30-50 wt. % fertilizer.
C05D 3/00, 2013).A method of obtaining the fertilizer described above is that a melt or solution of ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate is mixed in a mixing device with lime and / or carbonate and / or magnesium and / or calcium hydrogen carbonate, and then fertilizer is obtained by granulating a lime-containing suspension (see .: RU patent for the invention No. 2478087, M. Cl .: C05D 3/00, 2013).
The inclusion of lime in the composition of nitrogen fertilizers allows you to compensate for the effect of acidification of the soil when using these fertilizers. The disadvantage of fertilizers produced by this technology is the lack of stability of the granules during storage, leading to the need to use iron or aluminum additives. As you know, these additives lead to adverse environmental consequences. In addition, the composition of lime-containing nitrogen-sulfur fertilizers is not balanced and complete, there are no potassium and phosphorus in the fertilizers.
%:The closest in technical essence to the proposed one is a fertilizer containing a mass fraction of coke-chemical ammonium sulfate in powder form, a mass fraction of dolomite (limestone) flour, additionally containing a mass fraction of phosphorite flour, a mass fraction of powdered potassium chloride in the following ratio, mass. %:

C05D 3/00, 2017).Obtaining the above fertilizer consists in mixing and grinding the components, followed by obtaining fertilizer by granulation, after mixing and grinding the components, they are fed to a granulator-mixer with the simultaneous supply of a 35% solution of ammonium sulfate heated to 40-50 ° С, the moistened grain from the mixer the granulator is fed to a plate granulator for enlargement and obtaining oval-shaped granules, while the granules formed are fed to a drum dryer for drying to a residual moisture content of 1 ... 1.5% (see: RU patent for the invention No. 2629215, M. Cl .: C05D 3/00, 2017).
The disadvantage of this fertilizer is its low efficiency for spring-summer application due to the lack of humates.
The technical result of the invention is the creation of a comprehensive universally balanced NPK fertilizer with humates for spring application for sandy soils and chlorophobic crops with magnesium and the technology for the production of complex granular mineral fertilizers in order to restore soil fertility and increase crop yields.
Поставленный технический результат достигается тем, что удобрение, содержащее массовую долю фосфоритной муки, дополнительно содержит массовую долю аммиачной селитры, массовую долю калимагнезия, массовую долю гумата калия при следующем соотношении массовых долей, мас.%:The technical result is achieved in that the fertilizer containing a mass fraction of phosphorite flour additionally contains a mass fraction of ammonium nitrate, a mass fraction of kalimagnesia, a mass fraction of potassium humate in the following ratio of mass fractions, wt.%:
1…1,5%.Obtaining fertilizer according to the above recipe consists in mixing and grinding the components, followed by obtaining fertilizer through granulation, after mixing and grinding the components specified in paragraph 1, phosphoric flour - 100%, ammonium nitrate - 10%, powdered potassium humate - 100%, kalimagnesia - 100% of them are fed into a granulator-mixer with the simultaneous supply of a 20% solution of 90% ammonium nitrate heated to 40-50 ° С, the moistened grain obtained from the mixer-granulator is fed to a plate granulator for enlargement and obtaining oval-shaped granules, while the granules formed are fed to a drum dryer for drying to a residual moisture content of 1 ... 1.5%.
The following types of raw materials are used for the production of the proposed fertilizer from finished components by the rolling method:
- аммиачная селитра - источник азота, содержит 35,5% азота. Аммиачная селитра способна активировать фосфатное сырье, то есть переводить неусвояемую форму P2O5 фосфорита в усвояемую для растений форму; при использовании не меняет рН почвы. Основными достоинствами аммиачной селитры являются высокое содержание ДВ, хорошая усвояемость растениями, действие даже на мерзлой почве, легкое гранулирование, а также возможность применения под любые виды растений;- ammonium nitrate - a source of nitrogen, contains 35.5% nitrogen. Ammonium nitrate is able to activate phosphate raw materials, that is, to convert the non-digestible form of P2O5 phosphorite into a digestible form for plants; when using does not change soil pH. The main advantages of ammonium nitrate are its high content of active ingredients, good digestibility by plants, its effect even on frozen soil, easy granulation, as well as the possibility of using it under any types of plants;
- фосфоритная мука - источник фосфора, содержит 19-30% фосфора (в расчете на P2O5) и ряд ценных микроэлементов (кальций, магний, железо и др.). Высокая дисперсность фосфоритной муки значительно повышает ее способность к растворению и переходу в доступную для растений форму; примесь глинистых включений, содержащихся в фосфоритной муке, способствует образованию стабильных гранул. Основными достоинствами фосфоритной муки как удобрения являются ее низкая стоимость, экологическая безвредность, пролонгированное действие, а также способность к улучшению физико-химических свойств и структуры почвы;- phosphorite flour - a source of phosphorus, contains 19-30% of phosphorus (calculated on P2O5) and a number of valuable trace elements (calcium, magnesium, iron, etc.). High dispersion of phosphorite flour significantly increases its ability to dissolve and transfer to a form accessible to plants; an admixture of clay inclusions contained in phosphate rock contributes to the formation of stable granules. The main advantages of phosphorite flour as a fertilizer are its low cost, environmental friendliness, prolonged action, as well as the ability to improve physico-chemical properties and soil structure;
- калимагнезия - источник калия и магния, содержит 24-26% К2О и 11-18% MgO. Калимагнезия слабо гигроскопична, не слеживается, хорошая рассеивается и растворяется, не содержит хлор, что делает калимагнезию незаменимой для использования в сельском хозяйстве, особенно на культурах, чувствительных к содержанию хлора. Основными достоинствами калимагнезии являются: увеличение урожайности и скорости созревания плодов, повышение общего иммунитета и защитных свойств в отношении различных болезней растений; эффективность использования калимагнезии зависит, прежде всего, от исходного содержания в почве калия и магния;- Kalimagnesia - a source of potassium and magnesium, contains 24-26% K2O and 11-18% MgO. Kalimagnesia is slightly hygroscopic, non-caking, good disperses and dissolves, does not contain chlorine, which makes kalimagnesia indispensable for use in agriculture, especially on crops sensitive to chlorine content. The main advantages of kalimagnesia are: increase in yield and fruit ripening speed, increase in general immunity and protective properties against various plant diseases; the effectiveness of the use of kalimagnesia depends primarily on the initial content of potassium and magnesium in the soil;
Основными достоинствами гумата калия являются способность влиять на все части растения, стимулировать фотосинтез, увеличивать наземную часть и корневую систему, укреплять иммунитет растений, снижать токсичное действие хлоридов, а также в несколько раз увеличивать шансы всхожести и темпы прорастания семян.- potassium humate is a universal organic fertilizer that helps increase soil fertility. Humates are made from peat, sapropel, and some types of brown coal. The organic origin and environmental friendliness of potassium humate make it possible to obtain stable crops even under adverse conditions: heat-freezing, drought-waterlogging, lack of solar radiation. The main advantages of potassium humate are the ability to influence all parts of the plant, stimulate photosynthesis, increase the terrestrial part and root system, strengthen the immunity of plants, reduce the toxic effect of chlorides, and also increase the chances of germination and the rate of seed germination several times.
When creating the proposed fertilizer, we used the characteristics of the raw materials: phosphorite flour - its dispersion (the main particle size is less than 100 microns), the presence of clay inclusions (up to 5% of the mass) in its composition, which allow granulation of the mixture of the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium components.
Also, the use of a disintegrator for grinding the components before mixing allows you to mechanically activate the surface of solid particles before treatment with a liquid binder.
To obtain the proposed fertilizer, the initial components - ammonium nitrate, phosphate rock, kalimagnesia, potassium humate are dosed in the proportions set for the brand in the feed hopper in front of the disintegrator. In the disintegrator, the components are crushed, mixed and then fed by an elevator to a turbo-pad mixer-granulator, which also contains a 20% solution of ammonium nitrate heated to 40 ... 50 ° C. A 20% solution of ammonium nitrate is obtained by dissolving ammonium nitrate in water in a reactor with a stirrer and a water jacket. The obtained moistened grains from the mixer-granulator are fed to a plate granulator for enlargement and obtaining oval-shaped granules. The granules formed are then fed to a drum dryer for drying to a residual moisture content of 1 ... 1.5%. In a dish-shaped granulator, the swelling of clay inclusions from phosphate rock continues. For drying granules, for example, flue gas obtained by the pyrolysis method of wood waste-screening from peat used to obtain soil, and by burning the resulting synthesis gas instead of natural gas, can be used. The dried granules are cooled in a drum dryer, undergo crushing from agglomerates and control sieving. Commodity fraction is sent for packaging.
