Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania granulowanego wieloskładnikowego nawozu organiczno-mineralnego zawierającego osady ściekowe i nawozy mineralne, obejmujący mieszanie składników w mieszalniku, formowanie granulek w granulatorze oraz suszenie. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że suszony osad ściekowy poddany procesowi uziarnienia, w ilości 40 - 50 części wagowych, miesza się z popiołem z pomiotu kurzego poddanym procesowi uziarnienia, w ilości 5 - 20 części wagowych, oraz z azotanem amonu (NH<sub>4</sub>NO<sub>3</sub>) w ilości 0 - 25 części wagowych, chlorkiem potasu (KCl) w ilości 0 - 15 części wagowych, siarczanem potasu (K<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>) w ilości 0 - 30 części wagowych, azotanem potasu (KNO<sub>3</sub>) w ilości 0 - 40 części wagowych, a następnie uzyskaną mieszaninę granuluje się wodnym roztworem kwasu siarkowego o stężeniu od 15% wagowych do 40% wagowych lub kwasu azotowego o stężeniu od 5% wagowych do 25% wagowych przy zachowaniu stosunku wagowego roztworu kwasu siarkowego lub kwasu azotowego do mieszaniny składników suchych wynoszącego 1:2,1 - 3,8, po czym uzyskane granule suszy się w temperaturze 70 - 105°C, do zawartości wilgoci 2 - 5% wagowych.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining granulated multi-component organic-mineral fertilizer containing sewage sludge and mineral fertilizers, including mixing the ingredients in a mixer, forming granules in a granulator and drying. The method is characterized in that the dried sewage sludge subjected to the granulation process, in the amount of 40 - 50 parts by weight, is mixed with the ash from chicken manure subjected to the granulation process, in the amount of 5 - 20 parts by weight, and with ammonium nitrate (NH<sub>4 </sub>NO<sub>3</sub>) in the amount of 0 - 25 parts by weight, potassium chloride (KCl) in the amount of 0 - 15 parts by weight, potassium sulfate (K<sub>2</sub>SO<sub >4</sub>) in the amount of 0 - 30 parts by weight, potassium nitrate (KNO<sub>3</sub>) in the amount of 0 - 40 parts by weight, and then the resulting mixture is granulated with an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 15 % by weight to 40% by weight, or nitric acid with a concentration of 5% by weight to 25% by weight, while maintaining the weight ratio of sulfuric acid or nitric acid solution to the mixture of dry ingredients of 1:2.1 - 3.8, and then the obtained granules are dried at a temperature of 70 - 105°C, to a moisture content of 2 - 5% by weight.
