Abstract
64-kanałowy przyrząd mocujący do formowania litowo-jonowej baterii polimerowej, zawiera ramę (1), urządzenie (2) do sterowania naciskiem, 64-kanałową płytę laminowaną (3), szafę sterującą temperaturą oraz szafę (4) formującą baterie. Urządzenie (2) do sterowania naciskiem jest zamontowane na ramie (1), a 64-kanałowa płyta laminowana (3) jest zamontowana na urządzeniu (2) do sterowania naciskiem. Każda 64-kanałowa płyta laminowana (3) zawiera płytę grzewczą, mocującą płytę prasującą, czujnik temperatury, łańcuch łączący, płytę silikonową oraz kołki stykowe zatrzasku baterii, stosowane do ciasnego dociskania zatrzasku litowo-jonowej baterii polimerowej. Mocujące płyty prasujące są rozmieszczone równolegle, a każda para mocujących płyt prasujących trzyma litowo-jonową baterię polimerową pomiędzy sobą. Płyta grzewcza jest zamocowana do powierzchni mocującej płyty prasującej, stosowanej do trzymania litowo-jonowej baterii polimerowej, a płyta silikonowa jest zamocowana do powierzchni przeciwległej do powierzchni mającej płytę grzewczą. Czujnik temperatury jest zamontowany wewnątrz mocującej płyty prasującej. Części końcowe mocujących płyt prasujących są połączone za pomocą łańcucha łączącego.
