Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób identyfikacji komórek prawidłowych i komórek nowotworowych w chorobach przerostowych układu chłonnego. Sposób polega na tym, że pozwala na detekcję prawidłowych limfocytów B i komórek chłoniaków nieziarniczych na podstawie czasu potrzebnego do utworzenia stabilnej kokultury z komórkami zrębu szpiku kostnego przez oba typy komórek. Sposób może być realizowany z wykorzystaniem techniki szczypiec optycznych.
