Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka, która moze miec zastosowanie zarówno jako klamka drzwiowa, jak i klamka okienna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których rysunek zbiorczy przedstawia klamke oraz jej odmiane w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 1 - klamke, w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku od dolu, fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - te sama klamke w widoku od strony czolowej, fig. 6 - odmiane klamki, zaopatrzonej na dolnej powierzchni w trzy lukowe wyciecia umozliwiajace osadzenie w nich palców, w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku, fig. 8 - te sama klamke w widoku od dolu, fig. 9 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 10 - te sama klamke w widoku od strony czolowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 10 sklada sie ze zgrubionej czesci osadczej, majacej w widoku z boku ksztalt walca o nachylonejosi i polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, zaopatrzonym w kwadratowy otwór, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki. Klamka, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 5, ma czesc chwytowa w postaci graniastoslupa o przekroju pieciokata, przy czym os tej czesci chwytowej stanowi luk o bardzo duzym promieniu, natomiast czesc osadcza jest polaczona z czescia chwytowa lukiem o bardzo niewielkim promieniu. The essence of the design is the new form of the handle, as manifested in its shape. Essential features of an industrial design. The handle according to the design shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 consists of a thickened mounting part, which in a side view has the shape of a cylinder with an inclined axis and is connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin provided with a square hole and on the other to the grip part of the handle. The handle shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 has a grip part in the form of a prism with a pentagonal cross-section, the axis of this grip part being an arc with a very large radius, while the mounting part is connected to the grip part by an arc with a very small radius. The handle variant shown in Fig. 6 to Fig. 10 differs from the handle shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 in that the lower surface of its gripping part is provided with three arc-shaped cutouts, enabling the fingers to be placed in them when gripping the handle.
