Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka, która moze miec zastosowanie zarówno jako klamka drzwiowa, jak i klamka okienna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. W widoku z przodu czesc chwytowa ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonym krótszym bokiem od strony osadczej, oraz z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami boków od strony koncówki czesci chwytowej, przy czym jego dluzsze boki nieznacznie sie zwezaja w czesci koncowej w kierunku koncówki czesci chwytowej. W widoku z góry koncówka zweza sie w kierunku konca czesci chwytowej i ma ksztalt stozkowy. Krawedzie czesci chwytowej sa lekko zaokraglone. Ponadto od strony wewnetrznej, czesc chwytowa jest zaopatrzona na calej swej dlugosci, wzdluz jej dluzszych krawedzi, w dwa podluzne sciecia, ulatwiajace chwycenie klamki dlonia przy czym sciecia te przechodza na wewnetrzna strone czesci osadczej. A handle according to the design shown in Figs. 1 to 10 consists of a thickened mounting portion, which in a top view has the shape of a cylinder with an inclined axis and is connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin and on the other side in an arc to the grip portion of the handle. The grip portion of the handle is approximately perpendicular to the mounting portion and has an outwardly bent convexity, and in a top view has the form of a convex arc with a large radius of curvature. In a front view, the grip portion has a shape close to a rectangle with a rounded shorter side on the mounting side and with rounded side tops on the end of the grip portion, with its longer sides slightly tapering towards the end of the grip portion. In a top view, the tip tapers towards the end of the grip portion and has a conical shape. The edges of the grip portion are slightly rounded. Furthermore, the inner side of the grip portion is provided along its entire length, along its longer edges, with two longitudinal cuts that facilitate gripping the handle with the hand, with these cuts extending to the inner side of the mounting portion.
