Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka, która moze mlec zastosowanie zarówno jako klamka drzwiowa, jak i klamka okienna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia rysunek klamki, w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - rysunek klamki w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - fotografie klamki w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 6 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Klamka wedlug wzoru, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6, sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas za posrednictwem prostego odcinka, z czescia chwytowa klamki. Czesc osadcza klamki ma ksztalt walca. Czesc chwytowa klamki jest polaczona z czescia osadcza pod katem rozwartym, za posrednictwem prostego odcinka o dlugoscizblizonej do dlugosci czesci osadczej. Czesc chwytowa jest w przyblizeniu prostopadla do czesci osadczej, oraz lukowo wygieta wypukloscia na zewnatrz i w widoku z góry ma postac wypuklego luku o duzym promieniu krzywizny, przy czym koncówka czesci chwytowej jest zagieta do wewnatrz czesci chwytowej. W widoku z przodu czesc chwytowa ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonym krótszym bokiem od strony czesci osadczej, oraz z zaokraglonymi narozami od strony koncówki czesci chwytowej. W widoku z boku czesc chwytowa klamki ma postac pieciokatnej figury geometrycznej, przy czym jej bok od strony zewnetrznej czesci chwytowej jest plaski, dwa przylegajace do niego boki sa prostopadle, natomiast bok od strony wewnetrznej - ma postac luku. Koncówka czesci chwytowej jest zakonczona scieta powierzchnia prostopadla do osi koncówki czesci chwytowej. Ponadto od strony wewnetrznej, czesc chwytowa jest zaopatrzona w cztery ksztaltowe wglebienia, wyprofilowane do ksztaltu palców reki i ulatwiajace chwycenie klamki. Krawedzie czesci chwytowej sa lekko zaokraglone. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the handle from above, Fig. 2 shows a drawing of the handle in perspective, Fig. 3 shows a photograph of the handle from a side view, Fig. 4 shows the same handle from the front, Fig. 5 shows the same handle in perspective, and Fig. 6 shows the same handle from above. Essential features of the industrial design: The handle according to the design, shown in Figs. 1 to 6, consists of a mounting part connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin and on the other side via a straight section to the gripping part of the handle. The handle's mounting portion is cylindrical in shape. The grip portion is connected to the mounting portion at an obtuse angle via a straight section approximately the same length as the mounting portion. The grip portion is approximately perpendicular to the mounting portion and has an outwardly curved convexity. Viewed from above, it appears as a convex arc with a large radius of curvature, with the tip of the grip portion bent inward toward the grip portion. Viewed from the front, the grip portion is roughly rectangular in shape with a rounded shorter side toward the mounting portion and rounded corners toward the tip of the grip portion. In a side view, the handle's grip section has the form of a pentagonal geometric figure, with the outer side of the grip section being flat, the two adjacent sides being perpendicular, and the inner side being arc-shaped. The tip of the grip section ends with a beveled surface perpendicular to the axis of the grip section's tip. Furthermore, the inner side of the grip section is provided with four shaped recesses, contoured to the shape of the fingers and facilitating gripping the handle.
