Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania węgla aktywnego, który polega na mieszaniu w stosunku wagowym 1 : 0,1 - 5 wysuszonego źródła węgla aktywnego z wodnym roztworem aktywatora lub zwilżonego źródła węgla aktywnego ze stałym aktywatorem, przy czym jako aktywator stosuje się KOH i/lub NaOH i/lub ZnCl2 i/lub Na2CO3 i/lub K2CO3, pozostawieniu mieszaniny na czas 0 - 24 godziny, następnie suszeniu otrzymanej mieszaniny, jej karbonizacji w atmosferze gazu obojętnego chemicznie, przemywaniu i suszeniu, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako źródło węgla aktywnego stosuje się liście jemioły. Karbonizację prowadzi się w temperaturze 400 - 1000°C przez okres 1 - 5 godzin.
