Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania węgla aktywnego do adsorpcji CO2. Sposób ten polega na mieszaniu w stosunku wagowym 1 : 0,1-5 wysuszonego źródła węgla aktywnego z wodnym roztworem aktywatora lub zwilżonego źródła węgła aktywnego ze stałym aktywatore, przy czym jako aktywator stosuje się KOH i/lub NaOH i/lub Na2CO3 i/lub K2CO3. Następnie pozostawia się mieszaninę na czas 0-24 godziny, a potem suszy, karbonizuje w atmosferze gazu obojętnego chemicznie, przemywa i suszy. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że jako źródło węgla aktywnego stosuje się pokrzywę zwyczajną (Urtica dioica). Karbonizację prowadzi się w temperaturze 500 - 1000°C, po ochłodzeniu, otrzymany produkt przemywa się wodą destylowaną do uzyskania odczynu obojętnego, traktuje kwasem solnym i ponownie przemywa wodą destylowaną do odczynu obojętnego i tak otrzymany węgiel aktywny suszy się. Gaz obojętny chemicznie podaje się z prędkością 0,5 - 50 l/h. Carbonization is carried out at a temperature of 500-1000 ° C, after cooling, the product obtained is washed with distilled water until neutral, treated with hydrochloric acid and washed again with distilled water until neutral, and the activated carbon thus dried is dried. Chemically inert gas is fed at a speed of 0.5 - 50 l / h. Nitrogen or any noble gas is used as chemically inert gas.
