Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania węgla aktywnego, który polega na mieszaniu w stosunku wagowym 1 : 0,1 - 5 wysuszonego źródła węgla aktywnego z wodnym roztworem aktywatora lub zwilżonego źródła węgla aktywnego ze stałym aktywatorem. Jako aktywator stosuje się KOH i/lub NaOH i/lub ZnCl2 i/lub Na2CO3 i/lub K2CO3. Sposób polega na pozostawieniu mieszaniny w celu impregnacji na czas 0 - 24 godziny, następnie suszeniu otrzymanej mieszaniny, jej karbonizacji w atmosferze gazu obojętnego chemicznie, przemywaniu i suszeniu.
