Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania węgla aktywnego, polegający na tym, że miesza się źródła węgla aktywnego z aktywatorem, przy czym jako aktywator stosuje się wodny roztwór KOH, pozostawia się mieszaniny na czas 0 - 24 godziny, a następnie suszy się otrzymaną mieszaninę, karbonizuje w atmosferze gazu obojętnego chemicznie, przemywa i suszy. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że jako źródło węgla aktywnego stosuje się folię na bazie karboksymetyloskrobi, stosunek wagowy źródła węgla do aktywatora wynosi 1 : 0,25 - 5, a karbonizację prowadzi się w temperaturze 400 - 1000°C.The subject of the application is a method of producing activated carbon, consisting in mixing active carbon sources with an activator, where an aqueous KOH solution is used as the activator, the mixtures are left for 0-24 hours, and then the resulting mixture is dried, carbonized in inert gas atmosphere, washed and dried. The method is characterized in that a carboxymethyl starch-based film is used as the active carbon source, the weight ratio of carbon source to activator is 1: 0.25-5, and carbonization is carried out at a temperature of 400-1000 ° C.
