Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania węgla aktywnego, polegający na mieszaniu w stosunku wagowym 1 : 0.25 - 5, źródła węgla aktywnego w postaci folii z aktywatorem w formie wodnego roztworu KOH, pozostawieniu mieszaniny na czas od 1 do 3 godzin, następnie suszeniu otrzymanej mieszaniny, jej karbonizacji w temperaturze od 400 do 1000°C i w atmosferze gazu obojętnego chemicznie, przemywaniu i suszeniu. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że jako źródło węgla aktywnego stosuje się folię na bazie mieszaniny karboksymetyloskrobi w ilości 25% wagowych, karboksymetylocelulozy w ilości 25% wagowych i skrobi w ilości 50% wagowych.The subject of the application is a method of producing activated carbon, consisting in mixing in a weight ratio of 1: 0.25-5, a source of activated carbon in the form of a film with an activator in the form of an aqueous KOH solution, leaving the mixture for 1 to 3 hours, then drying the resulting mixture, its carbonization at 400 to 1000 ° C and in an inert gas atmosphere, washing and drying. The method is characterized in that a film based on a mixture of carboxymethyl starch in an amount of 25% by weight, carboxymethylcellulose in an amount of 25% by weight and starch in an amount of 50% by weight is used as the source of activated carbon.
