Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy włókninowego materiału filtracyjnego o dużej wydajności filtracji, modyfikowanego nanopręcikami ZnO do zastosowania w układach filtracyjnych i urządzeniach do oczyszczania cieczy i/lub gazów, w szczególności w filtrach do wody i powietrza i w koalescerach. Nowość rozwiązania polega na tym, że na powierzchni włókien materiału filtracyjnego z polimeru termoplastycznego wytwarzanego techniką "melt-blown" (włókien melt-blown), o regulowanych średnicach włókien, korzystnie w zakresie od 0,1 µm do 10 µm, tworzących włókninową polimerową strukturę materiału filtracyjnego utworzona jest palisada nano-występów ZnO w postaci nanopręcików mających średnice, korzystnie mieszczące się w zakresie 5 - 100 nm, wysokość korzystnie w zakresie 50 - 500 nm oraz odległość pomiędzy sąsiadującymi nanopręcikami, rozmieszczonymi w odstępach na powierzchni indywidualnego włókna korzystnie 30 - 1000 nm. Wynalazek zapewnia również sposób wytwarzania takiego włókninowego materiału filtracyjnego według wynalazku oraz zastosowanie materiału filtracyjnego według wynalazku we wkładach filtracyjnych.
