Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe trzeciorzędowe sole organiczne z kationem trimetylosulfoksoniowym o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym A- oznacza anion 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanowy o wzorze 2 albo 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 3 albo 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 4 albo 2-(4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)propionianowy o wzorze 5. Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że wodorotlenek trimetylosulfoksoniowy poddaje się reakcji zobojętniania w stosunku molowym 1:1 roztworem kwasu będącego źródłem anionu 2-(4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)propionianowego albo 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanowego albo 2,4-dichloro-fenoksyoctanowego albo 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanowego, którą prowadzi się w protonowym, polarnym rozpuszczalniku korzystnie w wodzie, w temperaturze 20°C - 30°C, korzystnie w 20°C, w czasie co najmniej 30 minut, korzystnie 60 minut, po czym rozpuszczalnik odparowuje się pod obniżonym ciśnieniem i pozostałość suszy pod obniżonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze 40°C - 80°C, korzystnie 70°C. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też zastosowanie nowych soli organicznych z kationem trimetylosulfoksoniowym o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym A- oznacza anion 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanowy o wzorze 2 albo 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 3 albo 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 4 albo 2-(4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)propionianowy o wzorze 5, jako herbicydy.The subject of the application are new tertiary organic salts with a trimethylsulfoxonium cation of general formula 1, wherein A- is 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anion of formula 2 or 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate with formula 3 or 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate of formula 4 or 2- (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionate of formula 5. In addition, the subject of the application is also a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that trimethylsulfoxonium hydroxide is subjected to a neutralization reaction in a 1: 1 molar ratio with a solution of the acid being a source of 2- (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionate or 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate or 2,4-dichloro-phenoxyacetate or 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anion, which is carried out in a protic polar solvent preferably in water at 20 ° C-30 ° C, preferably at 20 ° C, for at least 30 minutes, preferably 60 minutes, after which the solvent is evaporated under reduced pressure and the solids are dried under reduced pressure at 40 ° C - 80 ° C, preferably 70 ° C. The application also includes the use of new organic salts with a trimethylsulfoxonium cation of general formula 1, wherein A- is 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anion of formula 2 or 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate with formula 3 or 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate of formula 4 or 2- (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionate of formula 5 as herbicides.
