Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesany alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetylo-amoniowe o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o długości łańcucha węglowego od czterech do szesnastu atomów węgla. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób ich otrzymywania oraz zastosowanie jako herbicydy. Przedmiotowy sposób polega na tym, że czwartorzędowy bromek alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowy o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy prostołańcuchowy zawierający od czterech do szesnastu atomów węgla, poddaje się reakcji wymiany anionu z solą potasową lub litową lub sodową lub amonową kwasu 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesowego w stosunku molowym czwartorzędowej soli amoniowej do soli kwasu od 1 : 0,9 do 1 : 1,1, korzystnie 1 : 1, w temperaturze 20 - 45°C, w rozpuszczalniku organicznym z grupy: metanol, izopropanol, butanol, a następnie z rozpuszczalnika organicznego odsącza się powstały nieorganiczny produkt uboczny, z przesączu odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, a produkt reakcji suszy pod obniżonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze 50°C.The subject of the application are 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoates of alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium with the general formula 1, wherein R is an alkyl substituent with a carbon chain length of four to sixteen carbon atoms. The subject method consists in the fact that the alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium quaternary bromide of general formula 2, wherein R is a straight chain alkyl substituent containing from four to sixteen carbon atoms, is subjected to an anion exchange reaction with a potassium salt or lithium or sodium or ammonium 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid in a molar ratio of quaternary ammonium salt to acid salt from 1: 0.9 to 1: 1.1, preferably 1: 1, at 20 - 45 ° C, in an organic solvent from the group: methanol, isopropanol, butanol, and then the organic inorganic product is filtered off from the organic solvent, the solvent is evaporated from the filtrate and the reaction product is dried under reduced pressure at 50 ° C.
