Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe ciecze jonowe, zawierające kation 3-oktylo-1-(N-propylo-N-(2-(2,4,6-trichlorofenoksy)etylo)karbamoilo)imidazoliowy i anion organiczny o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym A oznacza anion organiczny z grupy: mrówczan lub octan, lub chlorooctan, lub propionian, lub benzoesan, lub salicylan. Zgłoszenie zawiera tez sposób ich otrzymywania oraz ich zastosowanie jako środek dezynfekujący. Sposób otrzymywania przedmiotowych związków polega na tym, że halogenek 3-oktylo-1-(N-propylo-N-(2-(2,4,6-trichlorofenoksy)etylo)karbamoilo)imidazoliowy o wzorze ogólnym 2 poddaje się reakcji wymiany anionu z solą litową lub sodową, lub potasową, kwasu organicznego z grupy: mrówczan lub octan, lub chlorooctan, lub propionian, lub benzoesan, lub salicylan, w stosunku molowym halogenku 3-oktylo-1-(N-propylo-N-(2-(2,4,6-trichlorofenoksy)etylo)karbamoilo)imidazoliowego do soli organicznej wynoszącym od 1 : 0,9 do 1 : 1,2, korzystnie 1 : 1, w rozpuszczalniku organicznym z grupy: acetonitryl lub metanol, lub izopropanol, lub etanol, w temperaturze do 20 do 80°C, korzystnie 40°C, przez czas korzystnie 20 - 60 minut, po czym odsącza się produkt uboczny, dalej z przesączu odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, a następnie produkt suszy się korzystnie w temperaturze 70°C pod obniżonym ciśnieniem. The application also contains a method of obtaining them and their use as a disinfectant. The method of preparation of the subject compounds is that the 3-octyl-1- (N-propyl-N- (2- (2,4,6-trichlorophenoxy) ethyl) carbamoyl) imidazolium halide of general formula 2 is subjected to an anion exchange reaction with lithium or sodium or potassium salt of an organic acid from the group: formate or acetate or chloroacetate or propionate or benzoate or salicylate in a molar ratio of 3-octyl-1- (N-propyl-N- (2- ( 2,4,6-trichlorophenoxy) ethyl) carbamoyl) imidazolium to an organic salt from 1: 0.9 to 1: 1.2, preferably 1: 1, in an organic solvent from the group: acetonitrile or methanol, or isopropanol or ethanol , at a temperature of up to 20 to 80 ° C, preferably 40 ° C, for a period of preferably 20 - 60 minutes, after which the by-product is filtered off, the solvent is further evaporated from the filtrate, and then the product is preferably dried at 70 ° C under reduced pressure pressure.
