Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe czwartorzędowe sole alkoksymetylotebukonazolu z anionem 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanowym o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy zawierający od 3 do 18 atomów węgla. Sposób ich otrzymywania polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie procesu czwartorzędowy chlorek alkoksymetylotebukonazolu o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy zawierający od 3 do 18 atomów węgla, poddaje się reakcji ze stechiometryczną ilością wodorotlenku sodu lub wodorotlenku potasu w środowisku polarnego rozpuszczalnika organicznego, korzystnie metanolu, w czasie 5 - 30 minut, korzystnie 15 minut, w temperaturze od 20 do 60°C, korzystnie w 25°C, następnie powstały osad soli nieorganicznej przesącza się, a powstały czwartorzędowy wodorotlenek alkoksymetylotebukonazolu zawarty w przesączu zobojętnia się w stechiometryczną ilością kwasu 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesowego w postaci roztworu w polarnym rozpuszczalniku organicznym, korzystnie metanolu, po czym rozpuszczalnik usuwa się przez odparowanie pod obniżonym ciśnieniem, a powstały produkt suszy się w warunkach obniżonego ciśnienia w temperaturze od 40 do 80°C, korzystnie w 50°C, w czasie od 4 do 24 godzin, korzystnie 8 godzin. Nowe czwartorzędowe sole alkoksymetylotebukonazolu mogą znaleźć zastosowanie jako dwufunkcyjne środki ochrony roślin zwłaszcza jako fungicydy i herbicydy.The subject of the application are new quaternary salts of alkoxymethyltebuconazole with 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anion of general formula 1, wherein R is an alkyl substituent containing from 3 to 18 carbon atoms. The method of their preparation consists in the fact that in the first stage of the process a quaternary alkoxymethyl tebuconazole chloride of the general formula 2, in which R is an alkyl substituent containing from 3 to 18 carbon atoms, is reacted with a stoichiometric amount of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide in a polar organic solvent medium , preferably methanol, for 5 - 30 minutes, preferably 15 minutes, at a temperature of 20 to 60 ° C, preferably at 25 ° C, then the resulting inorganic salt precipitate is filtered and the resulting alkoxymethyltebuconazole quaternary hydroxide contained in the filtrate is neutralized in stoichiometric by the amount of 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid in the form of a solution in a polar organic solvent, preferably methanol, after which the solvent is removed by evaporation under reduced pressure, and the resulting product is dried under reduced pressure at a temperature of 40 to 80 ° C , preferably at 50 ° C , for 4 to 24 hours, preferably 8 hours. The new quaternary salts of alkoxymethyltebuconazole may find use as bifunctional plant protection products, in particular as fungicides and herbicides.
