Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są bisamoniowe sole z kationem alkilo-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowym) oraz anionem o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R oznacza łącznik alkilowy od czterech do dwunastu atomów węgla, A- oznacza anion azotanowy(V) o wzorze ogólnym 3. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że dibromek alkilo-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowy), o wzorze ogólnym 2, rozpuszcza się w acetonitrylu lub metanolu, dalej miesza się z roztworem wodorotlenku potasu lub sodu, w stosunku molowym dibromku bisamoniowego do wodorotlenku 1 : 2, w temperaturze korzystnie 25°C, w czasie co najmniej 15 minut, następnie mieszaninę poreakcyjną schładza się, dalej przesącza, w celu usunięcia nieorganicznego produktu ubocznego, przesącz zobojętnia się kwasem azotowym(V), w stosunku stechiometrycznym wodorotlenku bisamoniowego do kwasu 1 : 2, po czym produkt izoluje się i suszy w temperaturze korzystnie 70°C. Application also includes a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that the alkyl-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) dibromide, of general formula 2, is dissolved in acetonitrile or methanol, further mixed with a solution of potassium or sodium hydroxide, in a molar ratio of dibromide bisammonium to 1: 2 hydroxide, at a temperature of preferably 25 ° C, for at least 15 minutes, then the reaction mixture is cooled, further filtered, to remove the inorganic by-product, the filtrate is neutralized with nitric acid (V) in a stoichiometric ratio of hydroxide bisammonium to 1: 2, after which the product is isolated and dried at a temperature of preferably 70 ° C. In addition, the subject of the application is the use of bisammonium salts with an alkyl-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) cation and nitrate anion (V) as food detectors.
