Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe herbicydowe sole z kationem alkilodiylo-bis(etanolodimetyloamoniowym) i z anionem 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanów oraz 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanów alkilodiylo-bis(etanolodimetyloamoniowych) oraz sposób ich wytwarzania i zastosowanie jako środki ochrony roślin. Nowe herbicydowe sole z kationem alkilodiylo-bis(etanolodimetyloamoniowym) i z anionem 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctowym albo 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesowym o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie: A- oznacza anion herbicydowy o wzorze ogólnym 2 lub 3. Sposób ich wytwarzania polega na tym, że wodorotlenek alkilodiylo-bis(etanolodimetyloamoniowy) poddaje się reakcji zobojętniania w stosunku molowym 1 : 2 roztworem o stężeniu co najmniej 1%, zawierającym kwas będący źródłem anionu 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctowego oraz 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesowego, którą prowadzi się w rozpuszczalniku z grupy: metanol, etanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol lub butanol w temperaturze od 10 do 90°C, korzystnie 20°C, w czasie co najmniej 1 godziny, korzystnie 12 godzin, po czym usuwa się powstały osad, a rozpuszczalnik odparowuje pod obniżonym ciśnieniem, następnie pozostałość rozpuszcza się w bezwodnym rozpuszczalniku organicznym, korzystnie w acetonie, po czym usuwa się wytrącony osad, odparowuje rozpuszczalnik i pozostałość suszy pod obniżonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze od 20 do 90°C, korzystnie 70°C. Zastosowanie nowych herbicydowych soli z kationem alkilodiylo-bis(etanolodimetyloamoniowym) i z anionem 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanów oraz 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanów alkilodiylo-bis(etanolodimetyloamoniowych), jako środki ochrony roślin.The subject of the invention are new herbicidal salts with an alkylenediyl bis (ethanol dimethyl ammonium) cation and with an anion of 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetates and 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoates of alkylenediyl bis (ethanol dimethyl ammonium) and the method of their preparation and use as plant protection agents. New herbicide salts with an alkylenediyl bis (ethanol dimethyl ammonium) cation and 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic anion or 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic anion of general formula 1, where: A- is a herbicide anion of general formula 2 or 3. Method their production consists in the fact that alkyl diyl bis (ethanol dimethyl ammonium) hydroxide is subjected to a neutralization reaction in a 1: 2 molar ratio with a solution with a concentration of at least 1%, containing acid which is the source of anion 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid and 3,6-dichloro -2-methoxybenzoic acid, which is carried out in a solvent from the group: methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol or butanol at a temperature of 10 to 90 ° C, preferably 20 ° C, for at least 1 hour, preferably 12 hours then the precipitate formed is removed and the solvent is evaporated off under reduced pressure, then the residue is dissolved in anhydrous organic solvent, preferably in acetone, and then the precipitate is removed, the the solvent is evaporated and the residue is dried under reduced pressure at a temperature of 20 to 90 ° C, preferably 70 ° C. The use of new herbicide salts with an alkylenediyl bis (ethanol dimethyl ammonium) cation and anion of 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetates and 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate alkylenediyl bis (ethanol dimethyl ammonium) as plant protection products.
