Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są herbicydowe sole podwójne z kationem alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowym i anionami 4-chloro-2-metoksyoctanowym i 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanowym, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o długości od 4 do 16 atomów węgla, a stosunek molowy anionu 4-chloro-2-metoksyoctanowego do anionu 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanowego wynosi od 1:2 do 1:0,05. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctan alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowy miesza się z 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanem alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetylo-amoniowym w stosunku molowym od 1:1,5 do 1:0,1, korzystnie 1:1, w temperaturze od 20 do 90°C, korzystnie 50°C do ujednolicenia układu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też zastosowanie soli podwójnych jako środki ochrony roślin.The subject of the application are herbicidal double salts with alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium cation and 4-chloro-2-methoxyacetate and 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anions of general formula I, in which R is a substituent alkyl of 4 to 16 carbon atoms in length and the molar ratio of 4-chloro-2-methoxyacetate anion to 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anion is from 1: 2 to 1: 0.05. The application also contains a method of their preparation, which consists in mixing alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate with alkyl [2- (2-methylammonium) 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate -hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethyl ammonium in a molar ratio from 1: 1.5 to 1: 0.1, preferably 1: 1, at a temperature of 20 to 90 ° C, preferably 50 ° C to homogenize the system.
