Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe sole organiczne z kationem trimetylosulfoniowym o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym A- oznacza anion 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 2 albo 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanowy o wzorze 3 albo 2-(4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)propionianowy o wzorze 4 albo 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 5. Ponadto, przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że trzeciorzędowy bromek trimetylosulfoniowy o wzorze ogólnym 6, poddaje się reakcji z wodnym albo alkoholowym, korzystnie metanolowym roztworem soli potasowej kwasu 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesowego albo 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctowego albo 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctowego albo 2-(4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)propionowego w stosunku molowym soli trimetylosulfoniowej do soli kwasu 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesowego albo 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctowego albo 2,4-dichlorofenoksy-octowego albo 2-(4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)propionowego równym 1:1, którą prowadzi się w środowisku wodnym albo alkoholowym, korzystnie w metanolowym, w temperaturze 20°C - 60°C, korzystnie w 40°C, w czasie 10 - 60 minut, korzystnie przez 30 minut, po czym rozpuszczalnik odparowuje się pod obniżonym ciśnieniem, a następnie pozostałość rozpuszcza się w bezwodnym rozpuszczalniku organicznym, korzystnie w mieszaninie metanol-aceton w stosunku 2:5 (v/v), po czym oddziela się powstały osad, odparowuje rozpuszczalnik, a pozostałość suszy pod obniżonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze 40°C - 70°C, korzystnie 60°C. In addition, the subject of the application is also a method for their preparation, which consists in reacting the tertiary trimethylsulfonium bromide of general formula 6 with aqueous or alcoholic preferably a methanolic solution of 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid or 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid or 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid or 2- (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionic acid potassium salt in a molar ratio of trimethylsulfonium salt to salt 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid or 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid or 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic or 2- (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionic acid equal to 1: 1 aqueous or alcoholic, preferably in methanol, at a temperature of 20 ° C - 60 ° C, preferably at 40 ° C, for 10 - 60 minutes, preferably for 30 minutes, after which the solvent is evaporated off under reduced pressure, and then the residue is dissolved in anhydrous organic solvent, preferably in a 2: 5 (v / v) methanol-acetone mixture, then the precipitate formed is separated, the solvent is evaporated, and the residue is dried under reduced pressure at 40 ° C - 70 ° C, preferably 60 ° C.
