Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie rejestrujące kolizje zwierząt latających z elektrowniami wiatrowymi i wskazujące miejsca ich upadku na podłoże. Rejestrowanie odbywa się zasadniczo poniżej poziomu pracy rotora elektrowni (4) poprzez sekwencję zarejestrowanego ruchu na czujkach ulokowanych na dwóch różnych wysokościach wieży (2) elektrowni wiatrowej, obejmujących zasięgiem przestrzeń w kierunku prostopadłym do wieży elektrowni wiatrowej. Wynalazek pozwala na rejestrowanie wszystkich przypadków kolizji, zdecydowanie przyspiesza lokalizację ofiary kolizji, umożliwia rejestrację śmiertelności w warunkach lokalizacji elektrowni na wodzie, dostarcza danych niezbędnych dla użytkowania elektrowni w sposób przyjazny dla ptaków i szczególnie nietoperzy. Rozwinięcia wynalazku pozwalają na wykonywanie dodatkowej dokumentacji zdarzeń, np. nagraniami obrazu, stosowanie światła do precyzyjnego wskazywania ofiar kolizji, a także zastosowanie rozwiązań odstraszających zwierzęta.
