Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania preparatu przeznaczonego do nawożenia upraw rolniczych, ogrodniczych, leśnych oraz do remediacji gleb zdegradowanych, który polega na wprowadzeniu do komory reakcyjnej osadów ściekowych pochodzących z przemysłu spożywczego, kredy jeziornej, zawierającej ładunek węglanu wapnia oraz wodorowęglanu sodu, a następnie homogenizowaniu i mieszaniu wspomnianych składników. Po wymieszaniu uzyskany materiał zostaje przeniesiony do komory reakcyjnej, w której prowadzi się inkubację. Po inkubacji uzyskany materiał ulega przeniesieniu, za pomocą transportera taśmowego, do urządzenia peletującego. Podczas transportu, materiał spryskiwany jest wodną zawiesiną skrobi w stopniu pozwalającym na zwiększenie jego wilgotności. Peletowanie materiału prowadzi się w układzie ciągłym, a produkt końcowy pozostawia się na okres doby do wyschnięcia. W efekcie zostaje uzyskany mineralno-organiczny nawóz w postaci granulatu o wielkości zależnej od zastosowanej matrycy, zawierający w składzie skondensowaną biomasę, węglan sodu, wodorowęglan sodu oraz spoiwo w postaci skrobi.The method of producing the preparation intended for fertilizing agricultural, horticultural and forest crops and for remediation of degraded soils, which consists in introducing into the reaction chamber sewage sludge from the food industry, lake chalk containing a load of calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, and then homogenizing and mixing the said components . During transport, the material is sprayed with an aqueous suspension of starch to an extent that increases its moisture content. The material is pelleted in a continuous system and the final product is left to dry for a day. As a result, a mineral-organic fertilizer is obtained in the form of granules, depending on the size of the matrix used, containing condensed biomass, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and a binder in the form of starch.
